Use of Website
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation. Content on the site is provided for informational purposes and may be updated without notice.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are estimates based on information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed in your rental agreement. Pricing is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Rental Agreement
A separate rental agreement governs each rental and includes specific terms covering delivery, service frequency, equipment use, damage liability, payment, and cancellation.
Damage and Liability
Customers are responsible for reasonable care of rented equipment. Major damage from misuse, vandalism, or theft may result in repair or replacement charges.
Cancellation
Cancellations made more than 7 days before delivery are free. Within 7 days, a small restocking fee may apply. Day-of cancellations may be billed at the full first-week rate.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by California law, Delphine Portable Toilets' liability is limited to the value of the rental.
