Calculate Your Capacity
Start with 1 unit per 50 guests for a 4-hour event. Increase to 1:35 if alcohol is served. Add 25% for events longer than 6 hours. Add 10% for outdoor heat.
Mix Standard and ADA
Always include at least one ADA-accessible unit per event. For larger events (300+ guests), include one ADA per 100 guests.
